777xp3 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless context requires otherwise:

By accessing the 777xp3 platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. You further confirm that you agree to the 777xp3 Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules or promotional terms that may be communicated to you through the platform.

If you are acting on behalf of any other person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, though 777xp3 strictly prohibits the use of an Account on behalf of any third party.

These Terms are available in English. In the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail in all cases of dispute or ambiguity.

To register and use 777xp3, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 777xp3 operates a strict minimum age policy and will take all reasonable measures to prevent underage access. Any Account opened in violation of this requirement will be immediately suspended and all funds reviewed in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of 777xp3 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must be registering as an individual acting in your own name, for personal recreational purposes only. Corporate accounts and accounts acting on behalf of third parties are strictly prohibited.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from 777xp3 or from any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains active.

Each User may hold only one Account on 777xp3. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending bonuses.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your name, date of birth, phone number, and any other details requested. 777xp3 relies on this information for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Failure to maintain current and accurate account details may affect your ability to withdraw funds or receive customer support.

777xp3 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, where registration is suspected to be in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered phone number. 777xp3 staff will never ask you to disclose your password under any circumstances.

You must notify 777xp3 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your registered phone number is lost, stolen, or transferred to another person. Until such notification is received, all activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — will be treated as authorised by you.

777xp3 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security or from your disclosure of login credentials to any third party.

All deposits and withdrawals on the 777xp3 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction.

Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt by 777xp3's payment systems. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically process within minutes; bank transfers may take longer depending on banking system hours.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to fund the Account, or to an account verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. 777xp3 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

777xp3 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of a government-issued CNIC or passport, a selfie, and evidence of the payment method used. Withdrawal requests may be delayed, withheld, or reversed where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

All bets and gaming transactions on 777xp3 are final once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when the platform issues a confirmation reference number. 777xp3 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where specifically permitted under the rules of a particular market or promotion.

The outcome of all casino games on 777xp3 is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for non-live-dealer titles. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in licensed studios. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are displayed on each game's information page.

Sportsbook odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. 777xp3 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: an event is abandoned or postponed beyond an applicable settlement timeframe; a market was offered in error at incorrect odds; there is clear evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or irregular betting patterns; or a technical error caused incorrect market pricing.

In-play betting markets close momentarily at key match events (wickets, boundaries, overs in cricket) to allow for odds recalculation. Bets placed during these suspension windows will not be accepted. This is standard practice across the online betting industry and does not represent an error by 777xp3.

Any winnings resulting from a bet placed on a subsequently voided market will be returned to the Account as a stake refund, rather than settled at the voided odds.

777xp3 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the PSL season or other cricket tournaments.

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these General Terms. Specific promotional terms will be communicated through the platform at the time of the offer and will include: the minimum qualifying deposit amount, the applicable wagering or rollover requirement, the eligible games or markets, the expiry period of bonus funds, and any maximum withdrawal limits associated with bonus winnings.

Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

777xp3 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotional offer has been claimed in good faith by a User prior to cancellation, 777xp3 will honour the terms applicable at the time of the claim.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777xp3 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other unlawful purpose.
• Registering more than one Account for any purpose, including but not limited to claiming duplicate bonuses.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes, place bets programmatically, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which bets are placed through 777xp3.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account to any other person.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been obtained through fraudulent means.
• Exploiting any software bug, error in odds, or technical vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be returned; failure to do so constitutes fraud.
• Engaging in chip dumping, collusion, or any other unfair strategy in multiplayer games.
• Providing false personal information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service in a manner intended to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures.

All content on the 777xp3 platform — including but not limited to the 777xp3 name and logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, data, software, and all related intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to 777xp3 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content.

Any unauthorised use of 777xp3's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

777xp3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The platform provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that you can set and adjust at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, 777xp3's aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed by 777xp3 in accordance with the 777xp3 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

You may close your 777xp3 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account after deduction of pending bonus amounts and applicable administrative fees will be refunded to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

777xp3 may suspend or close your Account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct; failure to satisfy age verification requirements; regulatory requirement; or at the platform's sole discretion where continued operation of the Account poses a reputational or compliance risk.

Where an Account is closed by 777xp3 due to User breach, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Verified real-money deposits that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned following the conclusion of the investigation.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777xp3 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact the 777xp3 support team in the first instance. The support team will endeavour to resolve disputes within 10 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, Users may escalate the matter to the applicable regulatory authority under the terms of 777xp3's operating licence.

Any legal proceedings arising from disputes that cannot be resolved through the above channels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction.
